Toni was such a positive spirit to me.  Despite the unfathomable tragedies in her life, she was always upbeat, warm, and friendly.  This is such a terrible loss to everyone she has touched.  I've known her since our days at Beverly Vista, and always enjoyed seeing her at our reunions.  I will miss her, but will never forget her zest for life.  RIP DeeDee.

Sad. Very sad about this. DeeDee was a supporter of my work and always had a nice word or two to say about my postings.  I really didn't know her well but I felt like I did. My condolences to her family and friends. She shined for decades and now she rests. Peace be with you DeeDee.

Dee Dee and I became good friends in out later years.  We spoke at least every few weeks sharing our joys and sorrows.  Dee Dee was not only one of the most of the most positive people I knew, but a fighter until the end.  She will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her. I will miss you my friend. RIP.  We will meet again.

I’m so sad for the loss of another of us, but especially this one. Dee Dee and I were college roommates who reconnected on Facebook and had great fun at the 50th reunion laughing about our freshman year antics and memories like “lending” a dime to Jane Fonda at an anti war demonstration. If you guessed for a pay phone, you are correct! And I recall the first time Dee Dee brought her very tall, handsome already accomplished musician friend to the dorm, Tim Weisberg, who absolutely dwarfed her…then again, who didn’t! But what Dee Dee lacked in stature she made up for with an ebullient personality and that brilliant smile. I’m glad you are no longer in pain my friend.
