Fourth grade at BV -- height matched with the impossibly beautiful Joan on "Sur Le Pont D'Avignon". I managed the dance, and was permanently entranced by Joan's sweetness and beauty. She would not have been so fond of me, had you asked, I'm sure, but she is a profound loss to our class.
